Sunshine

Everything looks brighter and more beautiful when the sun shines on it. (Well except for evening sparklies.) Have you ever realised that by being a sunny, warm person you not only make the world a happier place for others, but also for yourself?

When you are a sunny person, most people gravitate towards you. Only the notorious sourpusses will avoid you, and who has time for those who always seek an excuse to complain and wallow in self-pity? When lots and lots of good people enjoy your company, this is a very natural and very feminine position of power. For example socially, when several people are happy to invite you to their parties, you can attend the ones you enjoy best. That may be playing board games and drinking G&T’s, it may be an all girl dancing night or dinner with some dashing guys.

It’s also very healing to be seen in a positive light. People get hooked on it and want their positive side to be seen again and again. Many tough people eventually melt when exposed to enough warmth. They start bending to your will and transforming, but they transform in a way that completely respects their natural talents and individuality. That is the beauty. You do not offer a mold for anyone to conform to, but you shape them by peeling away layers of ice to reveal the beautiful sculpture they were destined to be.
